At the end of the flight, they exchanged emails and phone numbers - and thereafter, they regularly kept in touch with each other.
Eleven months after their first meeting,McMahon proposed to Perino to marry him. TheFox News anchor, however, took nearly a couple of months to accept the proposal.
Dana gave me a letter and the letter told me how much she loved me, how much she had enjoyed her time in the U.K., how much she enjoyed being with me. And then at the end she said, ‘Yes, I will marry you.'

Also in an episode of her Fox News podcast,Everything Will Be Okay, she had an interview with her husband in which she described him as"A phenomenal businessman, mentor, and human being." Although the couple does not have any children, they do not repent their decisions about not conceiving.
The reason for not having kids may be because they are so busywith their own line of work and thus, have no time. They have adopted a dog named Jasper, whom they nurture like their kid.
