  • The Herschel Walker trade was genius

    In 1989, Jerry Jones made the franchise-altering trade of Herschel Walker to the Minnesota Vikings. To this day, the trade is still the largest in NFL history. It involved 18 players and draft picks. The swap was so lopsided for the Cowboys that the trade netted Dallas five players and eight draft picks.
